Staff Tastings

You may want to arrange a staff tasting at your restaurant. I have extensive experience training servers and can work with you or take care of it for you.

Besides my server wine seminars I do component tastings, or we can taste from your list.

Consulting

You may need help building or organizing your cellar. I can help you choose and purchase the right wines for daily use, special events, or laying down for the future.

If you are having a special event and need help with the wine I can take care of it for you - from helping to pick the perfect wines to purchasing and serving.
